Do you offer any discounted plans for non-profits or education?

Non-profits and educational organizations are eligible for 30% off with annual subscriptions. Chat with us, and once verified, we can apply this discount for you. Contact support by chat or email at support@blaze.ai to learn more.

Can I change my plan?

You can change your plan at any time.  If you are on a monthly plan, we will prorate your charges accordingly.  If you are on an annual plan, changes will take effect at the beginning of your next annual billing cycle.

What happens if I invite more members than my plan allows?

If you are on the Creator plan, your subscription will upgrade to Team plan.  If you are on Team plan, you can add as many additional workspace members as you want for $25 per month per additional member.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Cancel anytime from the billing tab in your workspace settings.  You’ll retain access until your subscription period ends.  After your subscription ends, workspaces can be reactivated by creating a new subscription for that workspace.

Is there a free version of Blaze?
